A professional event planner provides strategic planning, standardized operating systems and procedures from the creation of the said event up to its orchestration.

How many months do you need to produce a quality event?

Ideally, the minimum preparation time is around eight (8) months but it will still depend on the type and the gravity of the event.

Do you offer packages for birthdays and weddings?

We don’t have packages but we produce events based on your budget, needs of the event, client’s goals, objectives and expectations. We provide complete event elements/requirements that will make your event unique and memorable.

Do you have your own professional suppliers/vendors?

Yes, we have our own professional suppliers/vendors that will accommodate all the requirements of your event.
Our suppliers are professional and reliable. We make sure that our suppliers will align to our mission in order to produce a successful event.

Can I hire my own preferred suppliers?

No, because it might cause confusion, conflict, misunderstanding and can produce potential risks that may affect the outcome of the event.

Can I hire A.L. Signature Events only as an event designer?

Yes, we can help you achieve the goals and objectives of your event by expressing the event concept verbally and visually in holistic approach up to the execution of the concept.

How much is the usual budget for an event?

Budget depends on the objectives and special needs of the event.

Our office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. After office hours all inquiries must be made through email. You’ll get a reply to your email within 3 working days, except on public holidays.
